I'm interested in cornmeal crusts. In particular, I would like to produce a pizza like Dove Vivi in Portland. What forum should I post into with questions? I don't think their pizza is really a "Chicago" style, but I'm not sure what other style fits.
I would also like to give them a full review for my Portland specific pizza blog, and I would like to fully understand the style. My blog is called "Portland Style Pizza" and is mainly dedicated to Portland area shops.
