Is anyone watching this show right now?
It's an hour long and about all the different styles of Pizza. They just showed Frank Pep's in New Haven.
Very interesting.

this video is VERY informative it shows the WHOLE process of dominoes pizza and how all the ingredients are processed, grown, packaged manufactured, they go into the factories and show the whole process!
the dough, the cheese, the tomatoes, basil, mushrooms(grown under ground in a mine!. amazing!) pepperoni and olives... and then the ovens!

So Domino's uses a cold fermented dough. Interesting.

How else would one do it if they weren't mixing it onsite? They'd have to be extremely low quality (for a company) if they would be shipping par baked shells to their stores.
I'm more surprised that they allowed themselves to be filmed putting toppings on their pizzas without weighing ANY of the ingredients.
