"Unwrapped" TV show on Food network Canada

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to pipe in with some info, - I'm watching a show on our Canadian Food Network channel, which is is associated with your FoodTV network, anyway right now there's a show on called "Unwrapped" .... it's all about pizza, - American and Canadian programming is totally different, and this episode probabally aired many months ago, but boy, amazing stuff indeed !

They even have some good footage with the first pizza makers in Chigago ? ... I believe it's the same place that Steve has a recipe for .....
on the front page.......Lou Malnati's I think they were showing, anyway they showed the dough they use - the secret they say ? ... the dough was made **days** ago ! ... not the day before,  but days they said... the dough looks TOTALLY different from anything I've ever seen, really strange stuff, good looking dough hehe  

anyway it was a great show

After reading this thread, I checked the Food network web-site for info on this program. If I've interpolated correctly, our canadian friends should be able to view this program again in the late evening on october 19 and again at about 3AM on october 20

I watch the Canadian Food Network using Starchoice( www.starchoice.com )
eventhough it's a Canadian network,most of the programming is piped in from the States,
so we are quite lucky to see some of the bigger named shows.  Unfortunetly though, you guys have a lot more shows than us.

Also, anything we see on our Canadian version of your FoodTV channel is aired months after it came on for you guys.  Better late than never though I guess  

It will be interesting to see if you are right about the date you gave.
Did you look that up on Starchoice.com's TV guide ?

No, as I said, I interpolated based on the info available to me. The original "pizza unwrapped" aired September 29 at 9PM and September 30 at 1 AM. The next airing on which I based my interpolation was October 3 at 11 PM and October 4 at 3 AM. Hope I did it right.

TOOK YOUR ADVICE and went to the starchoice web-site. Pizza Unwrapped replays on channel 561 On Saturday 10/18 at 8PM and again Sunday 10/19 at 3 PM

I taped that show and Follow that Pizza with Gorden Elliot which has a simular sceen.  You can really what a deep dish pizza should look like on these shows.

I wish I could work in one for about a month.

You are correct, - the show has just started... about 2 mins ago on our Food TV.

I taped it 2 times already, but I'll watch it again.
