Trying the thin crust again with a few changes. I put all the dry ingredants in the bowl with the SAF Perfect rise yeast. Put the oil in 125F water and started the mixer on stir then slowly added the water-oil. It will sit on the counter under a counter light for 9 hours. I used bread flour and 6oz of water this time up from 5.8 to compare my test with Steve's.
