Just wondering if anyone had bought the 2stone Inferno and what they thought of performance. Please post a review.

Tony,

I bought one two years ago and am overall very happy with the performance.  Willard's design works very well and is very easy to setup and use.  Is it comparable to a WFO?, maybe.  Obviously you miss the wood and smoke flavor in the crust, but to me, I'll sacrifice that over the fuss of WFO process.  I'm sure many would disagree with my point of view.  I would recommend the oven.
