I made a pie yesterday using Jerry Mac's recipe found here
http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,6217.0.html
I tweaked it a bit to fill a 16x16 pan. It's a sausage and pineapple on a partially sauced, par baked dough. I also thought I'd give Wal-marts "Great Value" mozz. a try. It's actually a pretty good cheese.

Off topic, I know, but I also made some"pepperoni pinwheels", ala Norma.
I used dough which was almost a week old and a fair bit over fermented. Still came out great!
