Thanks for saying the waffle iron pizza was a great idea.
My regular dough worked well, but I oiled the opened up skin a little both sides.
If you decide to try a waffle iron pizza, it will be interesting to see what results you get. At least it doesn't heat up the kitchen, in the summer.
I liked both pies I made. The only disadvantage is the pizza is small. Probably only enough for one or two people. Best of luck if you try a waffle iron pizza.
