What are you folks using to slice that fresh Polly-O moz from a loaf?
Is there a preferred cheese slicer out there?

I've been looking at this one for a while.
It's adjustable so the thickness of the slice can be varied

It's the Leifheit Cheese Cutter 5x6.
Anyone have any experience with it or care to suggest another?

Take The loaves, Cut them lenghtwise into 4 long sections, and then put them through the meat grinder on the hobart, or other mixer,
Works best if the cheese is realy cold.
Good Luck
