Zesti, the ovens are beautiful.  They have a very modern look to them.  I don't know anything about WFOs but there are some factors that I like about your ovens.  I like it that there is a portable unit and it seems easy to put together.  No brainer for the those of us who are not skilled in that area.

I'd like to know the range of costs for the ovens and if you plan on offering a discount to forum members?
Also what is the average temps you are getting in the ovens? 
What is the floor and ceiling material made out of?

I just received a quote from the US distributor for the Zesti 1100 portable model on the stand.

$8500    (plus $500 for shipping CA to NY)

Not sure how they perform or what they are made of, but they are sharp looking... but way outside of my budget.

I just send a follow up e-mail to re-confirm, but here is the exact quote

Hi I can tell you that the price of the portable unit on a trolley is $6300 plus freight

I'm guessing your quotes would be direct from Austrailia but shipping would not be cheap

Here's the re-confirmation I got from the US distributor

"Yes the $8,500 is for the oven and portable stand.. They ship from Australia and with the cost of freight and stainless steel makes these pizza ovens very expensive. We do sell other pizza oven but nothing portable"
