I stopped in a little hole-in-the-wall BBQ place this afternoon after driving past it for years. Had a great pulled pork sandwich and while waiting for it to be served up I wandered to other side of the place where they had a storefront for BBQ supplies, fresh cuts steaks, etc. I just happened to look in the case and there before my very eyes was the famed Margherita pepperoni
I've tired several brands and finally settled on a stick I'm getting from Whole Foods, but I can't wait to try this stuff as highly as its recommended. I've tried Ezzo as well and really liked that but didn't care for the shipping charges
My question is can you freeze uncut sticks? There were 4 in the package and only 2 of us in the house
