Best place to buy good canned Tomatoes?

Gave up on making my own sauce and really hate paying the $5 per can for San Marzanos ive been paying at the specialty food stores here in Phoenix.

Anyone have any tips on places to find a good canned tomato for under $2 or so? Does it exist?
