Gee, I feel all warm and fuzzy inside
This morning I got up and made some bread dough, seeing as how the oven temp was still over 500.
While I was waiting for the dough to rise, I made a combination stroboli/calzone thing with the leftover ingredients from last night. There's pepperoni, sausage, fresh basil, sweet peppers, onion, mozz., feta and ricotta in there. I brushed it before cooking with a mixture of o. oil, margerine, chopped basil and garlic. Baked about twenty minutes at 475 in the wfo with no live fire.
