The cento brand was $3.99 and the other brand was $2.19. Can't wait to try them after reading how good they are.

The Cento are real, but the San Marzano brand, if you read the fine print, are grown in California. They might be OK, but I won't buy them on principle because they are trying to scam everyone.

I noticed that too,but I figured what the heck. May as well try'em to see what they taste like.

I tried that california-grown brand and wasn't very impressed with them... Maybe I got a bad can or something though. Haven't tried the Cento's yet...still trying to find them locally without having to order them online.

I found the Cento's with basil leaf added at Whole Foods. Can anyone recommend them over Muir Glen?
