I wasn't sure how to classify this, as a deep dish or a thick crust. I think it turned out pretty good. I used Americas Test Kitchen's pan pizza recipe. I screwed up a little but not letting the dough rest in the pan with plastic wrap on top for 20 mins. That's why it didn't rise as much as it should have. Overall though I was very happy with the results. My last several deep dishes have all turned out too watery. Questions/Comments?
