Thanks so much for the prompt reply, those websites are looking to be pretty informative at an early glance. I will study them and use that as the groundwork for future recipe conversions.
As of this time, I was hoping to use one of my sourdough starters in place of the yeast used in Glutenboys recipe, I think I'll need to study for a bit to determine the appropriate amount of starter to use in place of such a small amount of yeast.
