Ci Ci's Pizza

Anyone have any information on CiCi's Pizza dough. I just ate there for the first time last night and I really liked the dough. Any insight?

If you go over to the PMQ Think Tank and do an Advanced search at http://thinktank.pmq.com/search.php using the keyword CiCi's, you will get over a hundred hits. Several of them pertain to the way that CiCi's operates.
