GRIMALDI'S - what brand of pepperoni?

...does anyone know what brand of pepperoni grimaldi's uses? have had countless pizzas across new york and connecticut and it still remains my all-time favorite (even above difara's pepperoni!)

could you describe it? What size is it, taste? Does it cup n crisp?  Two very good pepperoni's that i know of are margherita and ezzo.
