Ok so I was doing nothing of my life and searching for vids on youtube and I found that video ! That guy seems good at making pizza and his recipe is nice :P I should try that

I make my dough almost exactly like him, but from there it diverges.  Good video!

I have corresponded with Vittorio on many occasions.  He's a great guy & makes fantastic focaccia & breads.  The focaccia's below were made using his formula.
