 my son was a student at the french culinary in new york he has since graduated and is working for Michael White. while he was at the FCI he made pizza for family meal one a week. i had some conversations with adam from slice and he did a little article about mike.http://slice.seriouseats.com/archives/2010/09/pizza-delivery-from-oberlin-ohio.html

  jason, you know where i am at. just take a weekend, bring some of your products and write the trip off.

  jeff,  he is at osteria morini in soho. it has been open a month. he works 6 to 7 days a week 14 hour shifts. he says the pastas are amazing. his goal is to work that station which is now  run by the chefs from convivio and marea on a alternate schedule.
