Looking to see if someone can direct me to where I can convert the 2 ingredients to weights in Grams, 4 cups flour and 1 1/2 cups water

See the Mass-Volume Conversion Calculator at
http://tools.foodsim.com/
. If your flour is not in the pull-down menu, you will have to use another flour that is similar in order to be able to use the tool. As you are likely to see, there is no magic wand that can take a volume measurement for flour and convert it to a weight. You have to know how the flour was measured out volumetrically. In almost all cases, at least in the U.S., recipes do not tell you that.
