Did anyone ever try making the Rocky Rococo clone that was discussed in a different thread? It's one of my all time favorite pizza chains, but the nearest location is over 1000 miles away. I'd love to make it at home and would like a good recipe.

I think if you go on Food Network you will find that the dough recipe is the same as Emeril's Chicago style dough. It is an excellent dough for this style, just made it on Sunday. However, I do not believe it would work as a Sicilian type pizza.
