Hey all...thought the group would appreciate these pics:

After nearly 2 years of catering with a mobile oven and hunting for a space, we finally found a landlord that REALLY wanted us. We hope to be open in 60 days or so. The oven should be here in less than a month.

I also have an Italian fork mixer coming on the container with the oven.

Those pictures are fantastic. They are unprecedented, in that they show some the most revealing build practices to date for SF: the base, the vent, and the stand/mouth construction.

SF is fast becoming one of the most sought after ovens. NP joints are sprouting up like weeds all over the country, and it seems every one of them has a SF oven. Forno Bravo just came out with 3 new lines to compete with them (Modena2G, Professionale, Premio2G) as I think they see the writing on the wall as well.

Where in the Boston area are you living? By mid January you can visit our place in Nashua, NH. Once we get our lease straightened out, we will be placing our oven order for our SF model.

I was completely joking. It is one thing to cook a pizza or two a week, quite another to pin your livelihood on it.
