If you are in a bind for dough
Go to the pizzaria that you frequent and buy a dough ball. Most places will gladly sell this to you. I have paid between 1.00 and 2.00 a ball. One place had them frozen, so just had to thaw.
Use a starter like PFT.
I think the flavor is just as good as a 24 hour ferment.
