Fermentation bubbles

Hi Guys,

The pizza you see in the picture is from Pizzeria Mozza and my question is, how do you get that many tiny little bubbles (blistering) on crust and that airy crust?  yeast? oven temp (i am using home oven)? or maybe it's well proofed at the right temp?
