mmm.. chili and garlic

I'm just curious whether anyone else 'requires' chili and garlic on their pizza, or at least on their margherita?

It makes all the difference to me.. especially the garlic, and lots of it!!  you can burp that lovely pizza taste for hours afterwards :)

always been hooked on garlic and chilli - love curry.

no chilli on pizza though.

1st came across garlic on pizza on hols in Crete on wood burning oven.

i now have that much on that i'm allocated a specific segment to use and monitored by the family.

i use 50:50 olive oil and butter and pre cook in microwave on full for 2 mins.
