Hey,  FWIW,  I just got a case of the frozen lupara bufula from accardi foods near boston.  It is quite good,  and about 10 bucks a pound.  great stuff to have onhand and better than I have gotten fresh locally.  -marc

Marc how would you compare it to the Garofalo bufala from Costco. I was going to buy the Lupara last time when I went to Accardi but I only had money for flour. I'm going again after christmas for some more flour I might pick some up if it's good. How much comes in the case?

so you are saying its the best cheese you have tried on a pizza?
must be great considering Keste is using it this way and he is ranked as one of the best in NYC
