Recipes using whole spelt flour?

My wife brought home some organic whole spelt flour from a local health food store and I'm hoping someone will recommend a use for some of it.I'm thinking of trying it in my next bread dough batch,maybe 1 part spelt flour to 3parts bread flour? but would like to try it in pizza dough too.I just don't know anything about its uses so don't know what type of pizza dough(or recipe)that spelt flour would be appropriate for.
