There is a small restaurant near me that serves a thin crust pizza which is doubled up - one dough sheet on top of the other, each docked. The menu says it is made with flax, oatbran & whole wheat flour. It is extremely tasty. Any ideas where I should start with this? I will probably try the site recipe first, as I have never made this style. I would think it could be a very easy pizza to make and be cooked in a toaster oven.
