This is the specs of Michael's oven (run through the Google Translator)(Bold Mine)

Bosch HSV745050Y

Structure of the oven: Integrated cooker, because opening the door: Open Standard (below), operating programs: Turbo, Grill, Heating, thaw, grill with a turbo, baking, self-cleaning: No self-cleaning, flame / heating surfaces: 4 gas burners, a brand : Bosch, Width: Standard Time Saturday: Includes time switch, the number of cells: one cell.

yes, scott i am a littel bit stunned that you found all that  :-D i bet you can find my house in google.

but what i couldent find on my oven is what is the max temp it can reach, because on the dial its writen 270cl but the dial go littel bit more and there is nothing writen there.
