Yes, I have used both. Ovaline need to be cubed up or sliced and the Ciliegine just need to be squished down with your thumb and index finger before applying. Same product, just different sizes.

Brian, do you have a preference for this or Polly-O curd if you have used it?

fireman, I have had the Grande fior di latte on pizza 2x and it didn't leave a big impression on me.  I guess I thought it was okay.

Never used the Polly-O brand. I have used Crave Bros., Grande and Callabro. All have their inconsistency issues, but all work well. Nothing compared to fresh made mozz made by a mozzmaster. I don't have that available, so I have to use a mass produced fresh mozz. It's not the main cheese for us, so it's not as important to me as it might be for others.
