I have a Primo Oval XL, ceramic grill, and I have a deep dish pizza pan to make pizzas on so far. What's a basic but good homemade sauce recipe? How about a basic but good dough recipe, and how much dough exactly does an average pizza pizza usually need? One pound? Two pounds? I have an Emeril Breadmaker, makes 2.5 pounds, and was going to make their basic dough recipe in a few minutes, but I'd like to hear what others have to say.
Also, what is a good pizza stone that will hold up in the grill? And once you make your dough, how exactly do you get it from the counter where you roll it to the pizza stone should you have one?
