Caputo

I am a real fan of the Grande whole milk.  I use it every week.
But has anyone ever heard of or used Caputo?
Caputo is much easier for me to obtain.  I still plan on using Grande most of the time, but occasionally I need something I can get my hands on right away.

i dont know why everyone thinks grande is the holy grail of pizza cheese.  many cheaper and more popular/well liked cheeses out there

Stella cheese from Sams Club is better than Grande....IMO.   :-D

There are a lot of acceptable cheeses.  I was just wondering specifically about Caputo.
