chau you are genius! no sour taste what so ever.
we are getting somwere. there is a lot to go but we have progress.
very moist, another hour before baking outside would do the job you were right chau.
finally my wife ate from it thats mean it have somthing there.
the crumb was dense and like i said i have a lot of work a head of me. its 1 am here and i hate to eat in this hour, i ate more then half my self with butter and parmegiano cheeze and olive oil and... now my stomach hurt.
note to self- to not bake after 8pm.
