Caputo type 00 flour

Hi folks, I found Caputo in the blue bag at $39.50, for 20 lbs  delivered in northern Ca.   Have i overpaid for it?  Yes I bought it to add to my flour collection, at this time i have 5 different brands on hand.  Guess one one more doesn't hurt.
