after day in the fridge i have a problem. its still rising 6 hours after cooling it rised 2inches i fed it and also after 6 hours it doubled it size. ???
it floated even if i sink it .
what to do ?  ???

when i use the straters when its fully active i feed them and put them in the fridge, after a day they still active and rising to some point. so far so good after couple of days start to fall.
is it ok ? or should i feed them?

How cold is your refrigerator Michael?  It is okay that it falls.  Before you were worried that the starter was rising in the fridge, now you are worried it is falling.   :-D  Michael, it is normal.  Don't worry too much friend.   :-D  No need to feed them while in the fridge.   If you don't use it within a week, then take it out, dump half, and feed it.  Let it get semi active and put it back in the fridge.   If you are going to use it again in 2-3 days, then just take it out and let it get active again and use.
