I bought a Kg bag of Caputo 00 for $3.69 at Corti Brothers in Sacramento.
Giusto's wants $6.50 for 2 lbs of 00 online. I assume this would be plus shipping.
I suspect this was a good buy on Caputo?
Quick note: Nugget in Elk Grove had 1 Kg bag of Caputo 00 for $3.19. Again, KA cost more.
