I made a pizza video

I haven't changed the recipe in many months so I haven't posted much lately especially b/c Ive been focusing on my grilling website.  But last night I broke out the little Flip camera and made a video of my 16 in and 17 in 62% hydration Lehmann dough pies. 

I went with just cheese so I could really enjoy the dough flavor and the homemade sauce.  Every time I watch this video I want to eat more pizza!
