I'm excited about the Tuna Recipe found in the last site. I catch a few tuna now and then. Is this safe I wonder?

My main distributer here offers:
Academia
Costa D'Oro
Filippo Berio
La Valle
Gencon and Distefano
Do I need to sample all of them or is there one you can tell me is better than the rest?
