Made pizza on Saturday night for 7 people. One pizza each. Sorry about the lack of pictures and the quality of them. Took them on my iPhone. I was far too busy cooking, and drinking lots of alcohol to take more.

I would like to add that these pizzas were made with my undisputed favourite dough from this thread:
http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,6370.msg54582.html#msg54582

Used a 7 day fermentation with Marriages Canadian Very Strong Flour.

Thank you very much!!

There is actually a picture on here somewhere of my pizzas before I started using the knowledge gained from this forum. The difference between then and now is very very big.

I fully appreciate and am grateful for everything I've learned off here... And I have learned A LOT of stuff off people on this forum.

Ev, it would appear we both reside in Lancaster but on different sides of the Atlantic Ocean. Did you know your prison was modelled on our castle, which was also a prison, until recently?

Ha!, how 'bout that! I knew there is a Lancaster in the UK but I didn't know about the prison. I hope I never have to see the inside! :-D

It's not all a prison and you can do tours round the place. It was also where the famous Pendle Witches were tried and hung. It has a lot of history: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pendle_witches

Anyway, I'm moving temporarily in to my friends house this weekend before I move permanently at the beginning of July. I will get to experiment with cooking pizza in a Weber Grill. I can not wait to post my results.

Does Lancaster still has those incredible Indian curry places? I was at the University a lot during the early 90's.

Sorry, not trying to go off track in your thread.  :-\

Are you talking about Lancaster UK? Well anyway, yes there are an abundance of curry houses there. Some good, some not so good. This  would be considered the best one: http://www.sultanoflancaster.com

Yes, I was talking about Lancaster, UK. They used to have huge restaurant there...I think it was called Orient Express or something like it. Pretty good food.

I know this is way off topic now but I'm intrigued. Do you remember where it was? And when? The Chinese restaurants in Lancaster are mostly not very good. And it needs a good pizza place!!!
