Marinated Kale

Anybody working with marinated kale like Paulie here? I tried using this the other weekend and was BLOWN AWAY with how great it came out. I searched pizzamaking for keyword 'kale' and got no results, kinda shocking.

The reason you didn't find kale as a topping is because you did not use the Advanced search feature. That feature can be accessed by clicking the icon nest to the search box at the top of each page. That search will give you posts and threads that you will not get if you just enter the keywords into the search box without clicking on the icon. Using the Advanced search feature, I found the following on kale:

I can't get greens such as kale here but from time to time I do find something I believe to be similar. I marinate mine with lime or orange juice, soy sauce and sesame oil, similar to a ponzu. I might look for something this afternoon for tonight's Oriental pizza.

Savoy cabbage or 'Col de Milán' is a great substitute.
