Fantastic write-up, Mark!

Great detective work on the different oregano approaches.

I don't think Bruce is going to want to hear this, but Michelle tops him in more ways than just oregano tossing  ;D I wouldn't necessarily say he makes a bad pie, but it's not on par with Michelle's.

For NY style, I'd say Bruce's pies are about an 8, while Michelle is 8.5.

Their somewhat careless use of oregano (lots in some places, none in others) has bothered people that I've sent here.  I think it's part of the charm of the pie.

I've always been afraid to take pictures there.  Glad you did!
