Pizza Dough Help - Cooking
« on: May 05, 2005, 02:58:08 PM »
Hi,

I am talking about a Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza...

I have the crust recipe just right, however, once I take the pizza out, the dough closest to the cheese seems somewhat uncooked.  I don't want to leave it in too long because I don't want to burn the outter crust.

Any ideas on how to fix this?  Has this ever happened to anyone before?

Thanks!

- Electric Oven

- 450 degrees

 - 8 minutes / turn once / 8 additional minutes

The outside of the crust is a nice golden brown and the cheese is completely melted at this point.

Thanks!

It's a 14" deep dish.
