I ordered a couple of Paderno blue steel pans from amazon.com http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001VH70WM

15.75 by 11.825 inches.

1.125" (1 1/8") deep. 28.575mm

Again, 15.75 by 11.825 inches...400mmx300mm
