Mozzarella di bufala

I just found this source for local (for me) mozzarella di bufala here in Southern California.  I was wondering if anyone was familiar with them.  I apologize if this has already been discussed.  http://www.mozzarelladibufala.net/

Well, I should have known that Peter covered this info in an earlier thread.  I think I may take a ride there and see if I can check out the operation.  I'll post again after I've tried it.

I just realized these guys have a site. This is the cheese I've been using lately.

I buy it repacked in Whole Foods.  It's good but can vary in quality from batch to batch. i think it has to do with the age and storage of the product. I bet it's great fresh from brooklyn, but I probably get it a week or 2 old, I'm guessing. It's got a 'use by' date 3 weeks out. I'd rather use it the day it's made.
