Looking for a quick recipe

Looking for a quick recipe for pizza dough that I could make for lunch today.  So Maybe 2 hours or less for dough to rise.  Oh, and it should be a good tasting dough!! LOL.   I have king arthur bread flour and vital wheat gluten on hand among other ingrediets.  Any help?

For an American style pizza, the recipe that forzaroma referenced is a good one in my opinion for a short-term dough.
