I picked this up several years ago at a small family run cooking store here in Nashville. There is no name or anything on the pan itself or box. It is made of steel and is actually pretty nifty. The bottom plate slides out for easy removal of pizza. The bottom part of the pan is 13" and the top rim is 14". When you have a slanted pan like this do you base your pizza size on the bottom pan measurement? or the rim measurement? Would love to know if anyone else has this pan or has seen it.
