Newbie.....help with oven for new outdoor kitchen

I am ready to start my new outdoor kitchen.  My wife wants a pizza oven.  I have spent a lot of time looking around and just found this site.  Anyway, I have all but made up my mind to order the mid sized quintessential oven the model is the QX C.

Do any of you guys have hands on experience with this product line?  I know it will require some upkeep regarding rust but my biggest worry is how it will cook.  It is sized almost perfectly for my space and the concept looks good to me.  Any help will be appreciated

Thanks for posting the link.  I tried but the forum wouldn't let me post a link because I'm too new?  I also did a search and only found 1 short thread.  This product also looks like the Australian oven line Koala.

my biggest worry is how it will cook. 

I've never used one nor do I know anyone who has, but looking at it worries me. It looks like the fire is under the oven? I have a hard time visualizing how that will deliver the performance I would want from a WFO. What pizza style and cook time are you targeting? 

Also, $2500 sounds like an awful lot for a metal oven. I would really try hard to talk to someone who has one before I bought one if I were you. There are a lot of options in that price range.

I have cooked in the oven a few times. It does a nice job but is quite different from cooking in the traditional style wood fired oven with the fire on the same floor as the pizza.

I am a traditional oven guy, but would try anything once. problem is shipping!

Thanks for the interest.  Due to limited space and wanting to build this into a new outdoor kitchen, it worked for me.  I ordered it 2 weeks ago.  It came and I have set it up.  I don't have any experience in wood fired ovens.  I have cooked in it twice.  I love it. 

I can get it up to temp in about 45 minutes.  I am amazed at the small amount of wood it burns.  We did two pizzas last night.  They were great.  I will continue to post my experiences with the oven.  Thanks again for the help.
