Robin Hood Flour Gluten Conent

As a Canadian, access to KASL #50 isn't exactly easy (or possible in some cases) so I've been trying to work with what I've got. Robin Hood Flour is a Canadian brand and well distributed so it should be easy for most to get. However the gluten content of their flour seems to be a mystery. They list 4g of protein on basically all their flours. So I called them today to get a better number and was surprised with what I found.

Gluten Content
ROBIN HOODŽ ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 12%
ROBIN HOODŽ ALL PURPOSE UNBLEACHED FLOUR - 12%
ROBIN HOODŽ BEST FOR BREAD HOMESTYLE WHITE FLOUR - 13%
ROBIN HOODŽ BEST FOR BREAD WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR - 14%

I was told that the latter was their highest gluten content flour. I cannot say anything of the quality of dough that this produces, just the gluten content.
