Sorry to bother you guys again. The yeast I am using is dry and is like a regular powder (actualy similar to Lipton ice tea), I want to know if it is IDY or ADY.

Sorry, I just saw in the glossary that the one I have is ADY.

Turo, I used to buy ADY from a seed and cereral store, but I found it wasn't always fresh as it's keep in a bulk container. It was a powder like you describe. The Tradi-Pan I use now is IDY and it looks like tiny balls.
