Hello everbody, I am new to this forum. Over the past week I have been reading some of the topics here. I am verymuch impressed in what you all have to say. I am a twenty year old whom has a passion for pizza. My parents built a wood burning brick oven in the back yard and ever since then im hooked. Everything I know I taught myself, but I want to better educate my self. Being that im from N.Y. I always go to Lombardi's. There pizza is simple yet good. What I am trying to get at is, does anybody know if there are any pizza schools, like a cullinary school just for pizza. Better yet, is there any place in Naples that teaches.
